A visual and literary exploration of places we love. Be it emotional, visual or physical. Illustrations, literature and photography together creating different worlds we would all like to inhabit or visit. As individuals we share in a common experience. Any time we are touched, the outside world seeps in.
This book is open in an attempt to bridge the gap between the realities we all share and the personal, individual experience of this shared environment. The author of this book is also the panoply; the crowd, the people we are at any moment the outside world touches us.
Claudia Rossi, Porn Star. Knightsbridge, London, EnglandPut simply we want the broadest interpretation of ‘Places I Love’ in the form of illustration, graphics, photography, and literature. For the moment contributions should be in 72dpi resolution for graphics and photography. We will request high res images and artwork at a later stage once we have decided what will be going into the book. For literary contributions there is no minimum or maximum word limit. It can be a short story or several pages. Obviously the content is what’s important but we’re willing to have as little as a sentence or a paragraph as long as it fits in with the layout, design and theme of the book.
